Coffee Posters is operated as a project of TimberFlare. The contracting party for purchases on this site is TimberFlare. Contact: hello@coffeeposters.com.

What you’re agreeing to

By using the site or purchasing a file, you agree to:

• The licensing terms on the licensing page.
• The refund policy on the refund page.
• The privacy practices on the privacy page.

Accounts

You can buy as a guest. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping the password to it. We use the email address you give us to deliver the file you bought; we don’t share it.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise noted; sales tax / VAT is applied where required by your jurisdiction.

What we promise

That the file you bought matches the watermarked preview on the detail page, at the resolution and license stated. That delivery happens by email link within a reasonable time (usually under a minute; under an hour at the outside).

What we don’t promise

That a print made from the file will look identical to a print made by a different shop on different paper. That a piece you bought today will still be in the catalog next year — we reserve the right to remove pieces if a source institution withdraws permissions or if we decide a piece no longer belongs in the archive. Pieces already purchased remain yours regardless of catalog changes.

Disputes

Try writing to us first. If we can’t sort it out, the contracting jurisdiction is the jurisdiction in which TimberFlare is registered as a business.

Changes

If we change these terms, the change applies to purchases made after the change. We don’t change them retroactively.
