Refund Policy

Digital downloads. Short rules.

Default policy

Digital downloads are non-refundable. Every piece has a watermarked preview visible on its detail page before purchase; the visual decision is yours to make before paying.

Exceptions

  • Corrupted or unusable file. If the file you receive will not open, prints with visible artifacts that weren’t in the watermarked preview, or is otherwise technically defective, we will refund or replace it. Write to hello@coffeeposters.com within 30 days.
  • Broken download link. If the post-purchase link will not deliver the file after three attempts, we will manually email a replacement link or refund.
  • Accidental duplicate purchase. If you bought the same piece twice within 24 hours, we will refund the duplicate.

What we do not refund

  • “I changed my mind” after the download has been initiated.
  • “The print didn’t look the way I expected on my printer.” Print quality is a function of paper, profile, and shop. The print guide on this site addresses the common variables.
  • “I bought the wrong piece.” Watermarked previews exist precisely to prevent this.

If you’re at the edge of any of these and unsure: write to us. We’d rather sort it out than have an unhappy buyer.
